We are so excited to be growing our team and wanted to introduce you to Kathy Jaderholm, Re: new's Advancement Director!

What's the role of Advancement Director at Re:new? It's a combination of development and sales. As Re: new's reach continues to expand the number of women served, this role is critical to engaging our online audience, local community, and national supporters and customers to further the mission of Re:new Project. As the Advancement Director, Kathy will continue to build positive relationships with stakeholders, community members, customers, and supporters.

A little about Kathy Jaderholm
Kathy is returning to Glen Ellyn after an 11-year adventure back in her home state of Indiana. She and her husband Kurt have most recently been on staff at Northview Church in Carmel, Indiana, one of the fastest-growing multi-site churches in America. Kathy was the visual designer and one of the buyers for the church's café/bookstore/boutique. During her time there, she made dozens of connections with companies supporting local and global ministries. She loves telling the stories of the people behind the products, which led her to pursue her position at Re:new.

Kathy has also served as the Children's Pastor at Wabash Friends Church and Glen Ellyn Covenant Church. She was known for her creative family events and engaging children in mission projects and fundraising. In her role there, she was committed to partnering with parents to help them become spiritual leaders in their homes, grow in their relationship with Christ, and pass their faith on to the next generation. What an asset to Re:new this will be as we help share Christ with refugee women.

Kathy and Kurt have two married daughters living in Glen Ellyn and Wheaton, along with three very adorable grandchildren! Kathy has a B.S. degree from Taylor University in Elementary Education/Special Education.

We think our Executive Director, Kristi, said it best- "I am thrilled to welcome Kathy to the Re:new team! Her love for the Artisans and desire to see Re: new's mission flourish is evident through her actions and kind words. She brings an incredible skill set to the team, and I am excited to see how God will use her talents here!"

What a blessing it is to see the Re:new team grow in this way!
