SHIPPING

We use USPS for online orders. You will be sent a confirmation email once packaged as started tracking with tracking number

REPAIRS

We stand by the quality of our product 100% and will gladly repair, replace or exchange any defective merchandise within 1 year. This is voided is if damage is beyond everyday wear and tear (i.e. dog bite, bleach stains, etc). 

REFUNDS & RETURNS

All online sales are FINAL unless item is received damaged. Please read descriptions carefully to ensure it is a bag you will like and love. Please note that all of our material is donated, so textures and thicknesses vary for each product. In the very unlikely event that your proudct was sent to you uncompleted or damaged, please send an email to [email protected]
